Summary
A new Project Finance role based in the Corporate Banking Dept. It would suit someone familiar with the whole process, whose projects have been in green energy or infrastructure, and who works in the banking sector. This role will require someone energetic who is willing to spend time in servicing the clients' needs.

Experience:. 3 years recent solid experience in the changing world of project finance.

Description
The successful candidate will take a leading role with the Team Head in growing and delivering bank’s expansion plan in infrastructure and project finance area in the UK, by sourcing business opportunities, marketing to investors, participating in syndicated loans, underwriting transactions and providing value adding solutions to clients.

Apart from project finance, the post will involve large M&A transactions in the UK and globally with the bank's other branches; and building relationship with top tier UK and China corporates and fund investors across sectors.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
• Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years project finance banking experience.
• Experience in renewable energy and other project finance.
• Ability to understand complex financing structures and loan documentation.
• Knowledge of UK and international infrastructure markets.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with individuals, organisations and clients, whilst working under pressure, across multiple projects and to tight deadlines.
• Good team player.
• Strong technical skills and computer literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
